SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We offer shipping to customers in the United States (USA) and the European Union (EU) + UK.
SHIPPING TIMES
Standard Delivery times: Business days, including production time, shipping time and customs handling.
- For orders within Europe, please allow 3-10 business days for delivery.
- For the UK it will be between 3 and 10 business days.
- For the USA it will be between 5 and 10 business days.
Delivery times are approximate and may be subject to unforeseen delays. In some cases, parcels may arrive earlier than stated. We cannot be held responsible for courier errors or delays once an order has left our production hubs. If you feel your delivery has been misplaced or is taking longer than expected, please contact us directly: support@passporttheworld.com
SHIPPING METHODS
We use reputable shipping carriers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. The shipping method used for your order will depend on your location and the shipping option you select during checkout.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected and your delivery address. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Any additional customs or import duties imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER

ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations are not possible. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
DELIVERY DELAYS

Undeliverable Packages
It is essential that you provide accurate shipping information during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by customers. Please review your order and information carefully before submitting.
In the event that a package is deemed to be undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will attempt to contact you to rectify the issue. Additional (shipping) charges may apply for reshipping the package.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If you believe your order is lost or stolen after it has been marked as delivered, please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim. If you require further assistance, reach out to our Customer Service team at support@passporttheworld.com and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
LOST OR DAMAGES PACKAGESS
Any claims for damaged items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. Please state the order number, specify the issue with the product/print and attach an image of the delivered product.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve any issues to the best of our abilities.
