We are proud to offer sustainable and unique print-on-demand merchandise created exclusively for you. Please read the following information in regards to our refund policy and the sustainable approach of our products.

  • Producing on demand means that production is led by demand – nothing is printed until it is ordered and purchased.
  • Every piece of merchandise you purchase is created exclusively for you, reducing unnecessary waste and minimizing the use of resources.
  • Creating products in this way, we strive to create garments that are kinder to the environment, aligning with our strong commitment to sustainability.

Made-to-Order Process

  • When you place an order, your chosen item is individually crafted.
  • Our made-to-order process eliminates the need for mass production and excess inventory.

Returns and Refunds

  • Due to our sustainable approach and our print-on-demand model, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for merchandise.
  • We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase and review product details, size charts, and other relevant information before placing your order.
  • Our goal is to provide you with a piece that you will love, created for you personally.

Quality

We are dedicated to delivering high-quality products that meet your expectations. It is unlikely, but if your received product is incorrect or damaged, please reach out to us at support@passporttheworld.com    

Any claims for damaged items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. Please state the order number, specify the issue with the product/print and attach an image of the delivered product.

Please contact our Support Team if you experience the following: 

  • You receive the wrong amount/size/color/design. 
  • The printing quality is not up to standard. 

We will resolve any issues and provide a satisfactory solution, such as a replacement. If a redelivery is not possible, you will be provided with a store credit or refund of the price of the product.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

  • Downloadable products

Gift cards

  • After purchasing your giftcard, you will receive an email with a personal code that you can use to claim the amount of the giftcard at pptw-store.com.
  • Use of this gift card can be redeemed only at pptw-store.com, with a personal code, not exceeding the remaining credit balance on this card.
  • This card cannot be exchanged for cash, check or credit.
  • Please treat this card like cash; if this card is lost or stolen it will not be replaced.
  • If this card is not used for a period of 18 months (from the moment the personal code was sent), a service fee of EUR 2 per month will be deducted from the remaining balance until depleted.
  • This gift certificate is non-transferable and reselling is prohibited,
  • This gift certificate is not to be combined with other vouchers and is invalid with other promotions and offers.
  • All sales are final and not refundable.
